I was born and raised in a small town in Limpopo, blessed with 3 amazing girls and a life journey that has shaped my purpose and created a storyline from which I can serve. My approach to serving is grounded in Kingdom principles – to treat every person above all with love and dignity, to engage and serve with authenticity, excellence, respect, and integrity. Through life experiences and career journey, I have borne the scars and regardless of what you are going through, you will be engaging with someone that understands fully your journey.
With a combined all rounded 23 years career journey, in private and public service, I bring to your service, expertise in organizational culture transformation, leadership development, talent management, change management and life coaching. The extensive experience in my commissioned assignments, my first-hand encounters of the challenges and blessings that one faces as a Christian professional operating in Corporate South Africa, paved a way for the writing of this book. Corporate culture has deep rooted ‘below the iceberg line’ unspoken codes, that unfortunately dominate the visible and the spoken. It is the unspoken codes of corporate culture that moves many from serving their purpose, some lose their
souls as they try to fit in, and many get shattered in their corporate journey for remaining true to who they are. This book aims to multiply by imparting wisdom,
skills, and Godly solutions to those who have hunger to pursue their divine
purpose while serving in various corporations. Through the lessons shared in
this book, I am confident that you will find meaning in whatever situation you
are faced with.
While corporate SA is the context on which the author base her experience, the shared learnings in this book applies to every Christian commissioned to serve God, regardless of the battlefield.
